    Thought so too, apparently they can get away with it, not happy about it though.
    Seen a few people that have been able to get lower hours, though when I asked I was turned down.
    In any case I've moved out of the freezer and into checkout; hopefully get to meet interesting people.
    As for non-pay, it's through the Job Centre, so that's a good guess why it's also 32 hours.
