    UPDATE: All SPACES TAKEN

    Payment Stuffs:

I have now paid the deposit of £60. With this in mind people can now start paying me.
The hostel requires that the full amount be paid 4 weeks prior to our arrival, so everypony needs to have given me their £22.50 by Friday 20 July.
Anypony seeing me at upcoming meets can pay me in person. If not, you can PM me your Paypal E-mail address so I can send you an invoice.
Hostel ruurrrrls state that anyone staying at the hostel needs to be 17 or over and will need to bring a valid photo ID just in case. As I understand everypony in the hostel herd/plushcast meets the age requirement but if you are one of those who actually get's younger over time this might be a problem for you.

    OP Below:

Had a bit of interest from a few others when I suggested this...

Following on from the success of securing a hostel for a few bronies at the London Pub Pwarthay, I thought it would be a great idea to reprise my role for the B.U.C.K event and allow the chance for far away bronies to stop over for the night.

In this instance, I am making enquiries into securing Dorms for 18 bronies at the Hatters Hostel on Newton St, which is about ¾ mile away from the action.
    Here is their website.
    And here is the FAQ.

Check-in is any time after 14:00 and latest check-out is at 11:00.
No membership is needed for this hostel, but a photo ID (Passport, Drivers Licence etc.) is required for check-in.

The price has been quoted at £405 for two rooms (1x10 bed & 1x8 bed). That's £22.50 each. This includes a light breakfast.

As for actual financials, I won’t be requesting any payment until I have confirmed it all.
That said, the full payment is required by the hostel 4 weeks prior to arrival. As such, I will have needed everypony to have paid by that time. Folks can pay me at upcoming meets I’ll be attending before then, or through this pay-pal thingy.

Let me know on here if you’re interested and I’ll PM ye.
Feel free to ask me questions about it too.

Okay so here is the list of everypony attending:

Thanks for letting me join Abestia, I would of probably not been able to stay for the both days over wise, or I would have to payout a lot more for a hotel. :D

    No problem.
Hotels are damn expensive. That's why I like to do the hostel groups. Even if it stresses me out a little organising it all, It's cheaper for everyone including myself.

The thought of letting anypony down frightens me is all. Should all go to plan though once I get a call back from Hatters.

I'm sure everything will run smoothly, keep calm and Pony on! :D

hey just wondering, where does everypony live? and how are you getting to Manchester? because if any of you live near Gloucester or going though to BUCK, I would not mind having a lift there and back, I can pay for the extra fuel cost if needed. I am asking because I do not drive, but if anypony does not live near Glos then I can most likely get a lift off a family member if needed, just asking just in case though, I would appreciate it.

I am on the list! Woohoo!
Also, Crimson Dawn, where is Gloucester in relation to a Kent - Manchester journey?

off-line. Gloucester is on the M5. Someone coming from Kent will use the trusty M1/M6 combo.

I normally use the M40/M42/M6 route. Guess it's a way off then, else I would have give you a lift, CD, sorry

Actually, it's less than I thought. Google maps says it's only a difference of 50km/1 hour.

Unfortunately. I'm Birmingham based so won't be able to help with that one Crimson.
I'm going to catch a train form Stafford up to Manc's rather than drive.

I will need to take a combination of Trains to reach Manchester, so I can't really help in driving people to the convention.

Any idea what would be the nearest station to the Hostel?

Lol that's OK, I did say I would pay the difference for the fuel costs though, if you could make it. But it's up to you not me.

Manchester Piccadilly is the closest to the hostel.
