News BUCK Bingo

Because I'm very silly, I've decided to run a fun little game I like to call BUCK Bingo. This is not really an official BUCK event , Totally is an official event now, but remember that it's something we're doing just for a little fun. There will be prizes for the most points, which you can find details of below.

Rules:

1. This is just a bit of fun. In the course of obtaining points, all normal con rules apply. Don't be a hassle to anyone, and don't get in the way of convention staff or other attendees.
2. Photos must be taken specifically for the bingo. You only get points if the person you're photographed with agrees to be in the photo. Taking a picture with someone in the background does not count.
3. Bear in mind that all con staff will be very, very busy on the day. Though this competition is all about having good relations between staff and attendees, we do reserve the right to decline to participate if we're busy, stressed out, or just plain not in the mood. Please respect that. Even if we say no, we still wub you <3.
4. Final decision of the winner(s) rests solely on the convention chairman. Extra points may be awarded arbitrarily, e.g. for creativeness. Points may also be deducted arbitrarily, e.g. for acting like a douche.
5. Prizes will be awarded during the closing ceremony, so all entries must be in before 12pm on the Sunday. Hand in your "evidence" and some kind of score card (include your name and e-mail address!) to the con helpdesk, or e-mail it to [email protected], before this time. Photos may be physical copies, or (more likely) stored on a USB memory stick, or a memory card (SD/CF/MSPD/etc.). If you can't make the closing ceremony for any reason, I'll post you your prize.

Prizes
For the two people with the most points, I've commissioned Bittertea to make a couple of Little Floppy Ponies™ in this style:

• First prize: Little Floppy Luna
• Second prize: Little Floppy Derpy

She won't be making these until July, so I won't be able to post pics of them up until then. Needless to say, they will be ZOMGADORABLE.

Points awarded for

• Photo with a committee/staff member: 100 points each
  • Collect the whole set (list): +200 points
    • All in the same photo (probably impossible): +500 points
  • Stalk us to GalaCon in Germany: +250 points
• Hug/handshake/brohoof off-duty crew (with photographic evidence): 50 points each
• In possession of a BUCK flyer: 200 points
• Photo with a cosplayer: 50 points
  • Collect the mane 6: +200 points
• Photo with BUCK's Bronystate herder (he'll be wearing this hat): 300 points
  • Make him smile: +100 points
• Evidence that our Publicity Manager is a panda: variable, depending on creativity; maximum 1,000 points

I've asked BitterTea if she has time to commission two little floppy ponies as prizes. She's got a load of commissions at the moment though, so she might not.

Actually that's a point. How do we submit the photo evidence by the deadline? I'm not bringing my laptop with me (I don't even know if there will be wifi) so there is no way of uploading them, I'm not printing them (have you seen the prices at photo printing booths?) and I'm sure no ones got time to look through everyone's camera/phone/whatever to verify points
