[CHALLENGE] ILR's Drawing Challenge Thread 2!

You have a guide that i by a brony who cant draw right...

I mean that I can't draw with a tablet or pencil and paper. I can do this in Photoshop though, but my original sketch was terrible. I would love to be able to sit down with a sketch pad or my tablet and just draw ponies without spending ages farting around with stuff digitally, or even be able to do some of the awesome digital paintings I keep seeing. That's what I consider being a 'real' artist.

But all the proportions are right!
I think you are lacking practice

Maybe I should just put some pony music on repeat and spend a day with my sketchbook and see what happens... It could be a matter of practice, I have improved a lot since I started drawing in July but I sort of hit a block and couldn't get any better so developed this technique. Proportions are easy to get right when you can easily re-scale, move around and erase stuff and you understand the basics. Luckily I can think of pony proportions as maths, something I'm good at!

Nope I still cant get proportions, and I did C1,2,3,4,S1,D1,D2,M1,M2,FP1,FP2,Fp3 thats a lot of maths

I've done a lot of higher maths but it's actually simple stuff for ponies. 3 circles, 2 body circles are each 2/3 the size of head circle and total pony height is divided into thirds. Head, body and legs are each a third of the total height. Going on show style proportions of course... And wings are usually the same general size as the length and height of the body, if the pony is flying or has a wingboner which Dashie normally does

First time using a graphics tablet...surprisingly hard to keep my hand steady for some reason.

I would of preferred the image to have a bit more motion but it works. Brohoof to anypony who guesses the game correctly.
Edit: Now I've noticed the gun has lost it's color...how....???
