London MCM Expo - 26th May 2012

London MCM Expo, ExCeL Exhibition Centre

Meeting Point:
ExCeL Centre - East Entrance (alight at Prince Regent DLR station).

When:
Now Confirmed to be Saturday 26th May 2012 @ 12:00PM (Mid-Day).

What:
This will be a free-for-all meet-up. MCM already attracts a very wide audience, so through planning and word-of-mouth, there should be a good turn-out for it. As this is MCM, Cosplay is very welcome but obviously not compulsory!

Costs:
Technically, the only costs involved will be Transport/Travel. We will be meeting outside the venue area, so you don't need to buy MCM tickets, but we recommend that you do!

MCM Pre-Booked Early Entry: £16 - Avoids Queues on-the-day.
MCM On-the-Day Regular Entry: £10 - Risks waiting in Queues.

Obviously, we recommend you secure your ticket online now, for convenience on the day. Really, the £6 is probably worth it.

What:
Due to the fact that a large amount of bronies will likely have accomodation for the MCM Expo, it only makes sense to have a second meet-up on the day to actually pal around with eachother, because, let's be honest, MCM has a lot more to it than just ponies, meaning managing time may be a bit awkward!

The meet location is still being finalised, and the activities of the meet are also still being decided, but there is a good chance that if we can find a place for it, this may end up turning into one big post-con brony -PARTY-, not just a meet!
