I still have exams to get out of the way, but so far the rulebook looks pretty straight forward. The initial part introducing new players is especially welcoming. Looking at the poll, 15 people are interested at the moment. Surely with that number we'll be needing two seperate tables.

Less than 15 will find the same times as the others.

I suppose so. One big table then? What are we saying our upper limit is? Will we even have an upper limit?

Whoever wants to take up the GM mantle can decide. I don't suggest more than 6 players at a time, partly because more than six starts interfering with game mechanics a little.

It would seem that there is going to be a balance between when people can make it etc. I agree that more than 6 is going to be pushing it, but at the same time it could be that that is the number who can make it in the end. This might sound ridiculous, but are there disadvantages, in this either or situation, of having two people work on the same episode as GMs? That way, if one table is needed then they can decide who will GM (or maybe both will, I don't know) and if two tables are needed then one person hasn't put in a load of work for it to be delayed. I can't see one GM to more than one table, as (according to the RiM book), they should know the characters and with more than one table they might get muddled (plus double the time playing, which might not be possible). I'm new to this though, so i may be just spouting an argument with a very clear, well known answer.

One table with multiple players at separate times could get very confusing, maybe once we have a list of who is interested, we see when people are available to play, match up the ones who's free time coincides and then allow those people to choose their method of communication and gameplay?

Well what times are people available? I'm guessing evenings are going to work best, maybe Thursday or something?

At the moment all my evenings are free apart from Wednesday. That may change after september (ages away, but just thought it should be said). Tuesdays a great.
