    That's assuming the event is staying there.

    Okay, here's the 411 as it stands at the moment...

    We're expecting upwards of 70 (potentially) people to this meet, our limit for Hyde Park is 40, therefore I'm inclined to say that, unless I hear anything specific from members who have contacted people at the park, Hyde Park is out. A few over 40 and I'm sure we would have slipped under the radar, 70+ and I think that might attract some attention, and from what I've been told the police will move people on.

    Myself and a couple of other board members are going out on Saturday to look for alternative locations, we went to see one at MCM this weekend, a little park just over the road from the excellent centre, so we have at least one option. I'll know more after Saturday and be able to come to a decision about where to move the meet to.

    I am no going to be cancelling this meet and I'm not going to turn anyone away because the attendance figures are getting too large (I feel I should also mention, I have no interest in moving this meet to a pub or similar location - that idea has been brought up a number of times, the idea is that is an outdoor meet :))

    There's still plenty of time before this meet to work out all the kinks, and I'll keep you all posted with what we decide to do. When I first suggested this idea I was expecting maybe a dozen other bronies being interested, needless to say I'm overwhelmed with the amount of support you've all given my little idea. This meet is going to be awesome!! :D
