If only we hadn't called six or seven times before :p

Yeah We're probably going to have to move to a non Royal park in London. Holland park? It's a short distance from Hyde park and I don't think they'll be an issue there

Yeah Holland part could be a good option.

Thanks for calling on our behalf, we'd pretty much decided that Hyde Park was off the cards but now we have it in writing. Once I know where we're moving to I'll make a big update to the confirmation post :)

I'll add Holland Park to the list of places we're going to see on Saturday :D

Funnily enough I was looking at this park the other night while researching Olympia for the LFCC meet, and since we're going to Olympia on saturday anyway it won't be out of our way.

I love it when a plan comes together :D

It's only an extra 10 min walk from hyde park, so near enought most of us won't have to change plans to get there

Another park, it's a bit out there but I'm hearing appraisals all round for the place
Finsbury Park, Right next to Manor House underground on the Picadilly line.

Finsbury park, worth checking out. I also thought of Battersea Park which might be worth investigating.

Even though Holland Park doesn't have the same ring to it as Hyde Park (get Hype), it's still good. There's also Westfield nearby, in case some ponies want to check out the shops, and hunt for some pony swag (there's an Entertainer in there, which is the most obvious place to find them).

Finsbury is a no-go. Too much red tape.

Flip that is a bit out adds 45m to my journy time
I guess most people would opt to meet enroute since it looks kind of outside the inner ring of large london stations

I was just wondering, would it be possible to do any sports there? I could bring equipment and set up a game of rounders if anyone wants.

Copy that! Just had a look at the website for Finsbury, more hoops to jump through than Hyde park. So, we'll scratch that one ;)

The rate this is going I feel we're gonna have to delay this to actually get a decent park that isn't going to have us kicked out...

We'll do out best to stick to the original plan since people have already made arrangements for this. We're going out on saturday so we should have with quite a few places to check so I'm sure we'll be able to find somewhere.

I'll give the Heath and Primrose Hill a ring and see if they're accommodating.
