    Well, not a lot to say about myself. I'm not very interesting. In the words of the great Harold Finch, "I'm a very private person".

    I'm a massive Film, TV and literature geek. Also a big physics nerd.

    My favourite pony is Rainbow Dash, with Pinkie Pie as a close second.

    For my long-term studies, I am working on an ongoing project called Quiet Theory, which is all about investigating the representation of Introverts in contemporary fiction. MLP is a great show to examine because it has two very powerful introverted characters - Fluttershy and Twilight Sparkle.

    I used to be a teacher, now I am a part-time tutor and part-time barman. I'm also a writer and an editor. Soon I will hopefully be a lecturer!

    Shout outs to any Cumbrian bronies. I doubt there are many of us!
