    Cool video man, it had to me really hard to lost so much weight, must be proud of your self, even continue with puss in it further. I always tell my self to start run but hehe, not really doing it, keeping same isn't rely that hard, you just have to keep excerise, wich makes you feel better, healthy.

    Thanks, after I stopped going to the personal trainer my exercise did slow to near stop but I am forcing my self to keep it going otherwise I will fall back into old habits and I need to prove that I can keep the life style going by myself. It is odd that I felt so good after making my self so tired.
