Hello Everyone, I've never done anything like this before so please bear with me.

On Friday the 17th of July the town I live in was hit by extreme weather and flash floods causing the burn which flows through the centre of town to burst its banks. The force of the water pushed cars on top of one another and destroyed several of the towns foot bridges. Worse, however, was the damage done to many businesses and people's homes. The scale of the damage is estimated to be in the millions of pounds and it may be untill Christmas before some people can return to their homes.

The local scout group has set up a crowdfunding page on justgiving.com to help pay for the clean up and to help those who have been worst affected by the flood. I know that money is tight for a lot of people but if anyone could afford to donate anything or just spread the news and link it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
