    Banana-nutella muffins

    250 g plain flour
    100 grams of sugar
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    pinch of salt
    a little vanilla essence
    2 medium eggs
200 ml milk (or 200 g yogurt and a little milk)
85 g butter (melted and the cooled) or 6 tablespoons oil
    2 overripe bananas
3 tablespoons Nutella (or peanut butter)

Mash the bananas and add to the milk. Liquid ingredients (including the Nutella) at room temperature and blend together. No need mixer, just a fork. In another bowl, mix the powdery ingredients and mix the two mixtures together. Mix with a spoon in the batter and fill the molds up to about 3/4.

    Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 180 °C.

    Tadaa!:D
