    This months issue of Girl Talk comes with a DVD of two episodes of MLP, I have no idea which ones they are but hey, free ponies (with purchase of girly, girly magazine).

    2 pony episodes that I can play on a UK DVD player for the price of buying a few trashy bits of paper... I have no regrets. I can't wait for my lunch break to come quick enough now!

    Heh, no thanks, I'm not that desperate. :p I used to love those magazines when I was little, but they really were pure tripe. Besides, come on, you can get every single episode on Youtube, free, and in better quality than your average DVD, and there's apparently a UK box set of seasons 1 and 2 coming out sometime soon... what's the motivation to buy this?

    Well I think this is hoax.

    I just had to pop out to run an errand and saw issue 478 - no DVD and no mention of DVD on the list of free stuff with this mag.

    Mage I am disappoint.

    Did you buy this mag and is it legit?

    If a magazines circulation greatly increases the month they include an MLP DVD, it sends a pretty clear message to Hasbro. We'll buy pony stuff if you put it out there for us.

    I can post a picture of the dvd if you want lol.

    Although to add . . . the magazine or magazine packaging doesn't actually mention the DVD, and theres a notebook/diary thing as well which is square so is possibly meaning people aren't actually seeing the dvds?

    That's right. I dug out this disc's BBFC entry, and the distributors are simply listed as Hasbro Studios. (Click the "Details" section to see that.)
