Not going to lie, £45 seems overpriced!!!
From what I remember collecting Lego (stopped about 7 years ago!), the architecture sets were a lot less valued for money than other themes!
I don't see how they can justify that price for sets without Minifigs!
The sets are priced per brick plus any royalties and LEGO seems to have used a lot of small bricks here to boost the price up.
Oculus Go. Thoroughly enjoying it!
I'm aware those with a full fat Oculus tend to turn their noses up at them, but not having the deepest pockets in the world for a £500 graphics card, £400 Rift etc, a Go is great value at £200-250, no fuss, no wires, pick up and play etc. I'm just enjoying things like watching videos and sitting on rollercoasters. Also, today I learned sloths are about the size of a kitten and not the big things I thought they were.
Interestingly, @Pigasus is available on it
I'm only three quid, a bargain! [email protected]:
The Oculus Go has a better screen and lenses than both the Rift and Vive so now most of the Rift fans have accepted it as the best VR video viewing device (many own both). I'm after the Lenovo Explorer but it's significantly pricier in the UK than it is in America for some reason (here it's the same price as the Rift at £399 yet there it's $200-$250).
Yeah my dad has both and said the same, despite some of the elitism I've heard of
Managed to sideload Minecraft too, which is fun
Actually bough a few days ago on holiday, but only got back today to upload the photos. I've found a new princess in the wild.
Oh sweet Celestia, Pinkie Pie became an alicorn! Damn you Larson!

My Bank account hates me >.<
Samsung S9 coming tomorrow/Friday and pre-ordered Galaxy Watch
Playing the iOS-to-Android ping pong again! Certain things like not being allowed to run overlays like Calcy IV (Pokemon Go related) or FB Messenger heads, not being allowed to share full res photos unless it's via methods that suit Apple etc, wore me down again, despite the love I have for the tight grip on battery management and integration with my still-good Mac and iPad etc. Just can't get behind that straitjacket thing. Lovely desktop OS, best tablet OS on the market... phone OS, not so much.
Looking forward to integrating it with my car, too.
Making a serious gamble by diving into Samsung stuff. I already know to forget about OS updates (even if it was a retail one, which it's not, it's EE). Just hoping it's not too buggy. Gone back to a contract-bought phone for the first time in a long while, two reasons, 1) The great deal I got meant the phone (or the service, one of the two) is effectively free, this is the first I've seen contract being more financially effective than buying outright on a high end smartphone for like a decade if ever, and 2) Hopefully it'll dissuade me from changing my phone every 3-6 months ^^;;
