Where are you up to?
Having problems with my DVD drive, so you're fast catching me up now.
I once had a Wormhole X-Treme t-shirt with that logo on.
12% accuracy in my algorithm, but at least that 12% measurement is accurate. Hopefully.
It's better than nothing...
It was raining earlier, but its stopped for now.
So I saw the MHA: Two Heroes movie twice in the past 2 evenings. Dub had a lower attendance and possibly as a result of that, there was generally a bit less of a reaction to the film itself. Sub had a lot more people, was a pretty decent crowd, then there were people sitting directly to my left who were freaking out or 'fangirling' as you would over certain characters, I'm talking shaking with glee. I could literally tell from her reaction probably her 3 favourite characters in order: she was a fan of All Might, she liked Bakugo more than that but none of this compared to her reaction to Todoroki, I wouldn't be surprised if she had some shrine in her room to him. I didn't mind all of this overreacting too much, it got a bit out of a hand and irritating at times, sure but if the whole crowd was as active as the people sitting next to me then the experience would have been more... memorable I guess? Which isn't a bad thing.
Anyway, actually talking about the film itself: I rather enjoyed it. Perhaps because I already saw the dub so knew what was going on, but the sub seemed better just because of the dialogue seeming just a tiny bit awkward at times in the dub version. The larger more reactive crowd in the sub also helped as well no doubt.
I am just blown away by how much stuff we have.
Glad you enjoyed the film Goosey.
You're not long in gathering stuff up...
Moving will do that to you.
Current priorities are to set up the animals, and to dig a path to the kitchen.
And there's the neighbour kid's football making its daily excursion into our garden.
My neighbours are obsessed with football and for a few years instead of retrieving lost balls when they kicked them over they would just get another out from somewhere I never saw.
Y'know how the Christmas-tree star covered my hands in glitter? Yeah, now the dog's butt is inexplicably sparkly as well.
Well... the hard part is over. Biggest struggle now is that we can't find the kettle.
Sounds awful. That's why you have a tea pot and gas ring on the oven as back up...
Right, goodnight all.
American Aunt asked an innocent question about when Baby Jesus is usually put in the Nativity scene and nearly an hour later, I've sent her several Wikipedia articles to back up why there's a basis for her local Nativity having an elephant. (The reindeer also featured is less excusable.)
Related fact: Elephants actually disappeared from the Levant about 200,000-400,000 years ago and it is believed to have resulted in the evolution of humans from Homo-erectus to Homo-sapiens as we needed to think more about how to hunt for food. No idea if they came back in time for 6BC.
Guess I'll sleep.
Got a good bit of blathering done for my report. A bit more research, then it's just one more bit of theory to write up, and after that it's just results writeup.
