Ooof. Yeah. I forgot about that one.
I'll be honest, I found Autonomous a mixed bag... hope you like it better.

    mornin'!

I've started a "corona diary" to chronicle the lockdown experience.
So far, the Iceland grocery order arrived minus all the fresh food. No chicken, no salad.

We've got a fair bit of pork in the fridge so we're alright for at least a few days, there's another grocery delivery coming tomorrow but I suspect that might also be a bit bare-bones...

I better start compiling vegan recipes.

Interesting, in my experience it's only fresh food that's left - anything with a long shelf-life has gone. I've been living off salad the past few days.

I'm sure there will be a rebound effect soon, once people have built up their stocks they'll be buying less, people aren't eating more.

I haven’t seen much panic buying myself. I have seen people buying slightly more toilet paper than usual, though...

    Morning all.
I definitely needed a guide, but in the end it was shorter and slightly easier than I thought it was going to be. Might give the second one a go now.

Aye, but the short-shelf-life fresh food will run out first and probably be the most difficult to replenish, if the workers at slaughterhouses and farms and all that, and the ports for the stuff we import, get sick or leave work to self-isolate. Could end up with meat shortages.

No, no, not at all! I've been interested for a while in cutting down on meat and trying vegan meals - I like my veggies. I just... didn't expect to be forced into it so suddenly. I have so few staple meals that I'm okay with eating and change is hard and... this is all a lot.

On the topic of acquiring meat, Bench Cat is staring very intently at a blackbird...

It actually didn't occur to be that they had any chance of catching their prey, I'm so used to dogs that fail miserably to catch birds or squirrels [email protected]:

I may have some slight trauma from, as a child, seeing a cat very efficiently... dismantling... a sparrow.

Hey all. hoping my late night shopping delivery of ponies arrives today. Need more mlp distraction.
Definitely cooler today tho, I got a bit ahead of myself yesterday and should heed the saying as suggested that Never in doubt till May is out!

And that’s Zelda 2 finished now too. I took a look at Link to the Past and I’m getting serious Gameboy vibes from it...
